Today, my work largely focuses on modernizing healthcare by improving patient experiences. I draw extensively from my 13-years at SAP leading digital-first, customer-focused digital transformation. My lived experience as a primary caregiver and cancer patient also heavily inform my perspectives.
White Rhino, a Boston-based firm specializing in building trust between consumers and brands in healthcare and B2B, is a key partner. Our partnership means no project is too big or complex. I help White Rhino grow their client base and recruit participating sponsors for our ongoing research into patient trust in website digital personalization and AI.
